Application Materials

The LEA and Private School Special Education Applications are part of the NHDOE Special Education Program Approval and Improvement Process and are a requirement of the New Hampshire State Board of Education, as specified in its special education rules, Part Ed 1129. The application materials enable each school district and private school to address the requirements contained in the NEW HAMPSHIRE RULES FOR THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES in a systematic and comprehensive manner.

• Instructions and Application for Private Facilities and Non-District Programs
  Private facilities/non-district programs are required to complete the full application in addition to the self-study and submit a complete copy of all current special education policies and procedures.
