How to Register?
To register for events you will be prompted to create a login name and a password for a SERESC development registrant account. Once you create this account, you will be prompted to use the same login and password each time you register for an event. Creating an account allows you to change, update or cancel your own registration information for any event, and also allows you to view or print your full training history at SERESC, including verification of contact hours. After you have created a login and password, you may access the Registrant Database at any time to view and/or modify your user information, including your name, password, email address and school/organization. In addition, you may view current and past registrations and view or print a transcript of contact hours earned through attendance at SERESC training events. - After completing these tasks, you have successfully registered.
Paying by Check
- Complete the registration information. Choose Check for method of payment. Payment must be received before you attend. Please put conference name on the Memo field of your check or send copy of invoice/statement or registration form along with your check so that it will be properly credited. Make check payable to SERESC. Send Check to:

Using a Purchase Order?
- You may register online but the purchase order has to be faxed or mailed for completion of registration. A signed purchase order and anticipated payment date must be submitted with completed registration form via fax or mail. Payment by purchase order needs to be received before the event. The terms and conditions of the refund policy apply to registrations accompanied by purchase orders. Purchase orders may be faxed to: 206-6897. They must be faxed with a cover sheet to the attention of the person notated on the flyer, in order for the purchase order to be credited properly.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellation should be made in writing. A full refund will be made for cancellations postmarked, or sent via email, 7 days before the event.
- No refunds will be given for requests received after 7 days before the event, or for “no shows”.
- Yes! We do accept substitutions of another person at our conferences. Advanced notification is appreciated. Please email or call in your substitution at least 24 hours in advance of the event.
- All received registrations, whether by Purchase Order, Online Registration, Fax or Mail, are subject to Cancellation/Refund Policy. Cost of registration fee is still liable whether payment is paid or unpaid, if no notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the event.
