SERESC Conference Center is proud to offer the support services of our highly skilled, in-house technical staff. Should you have a question or concern about your audio-visual equipment during your stay with us, you can reach a technician or other conference center staff person instantly, using a two-way radio that will be provided upon your arrival. Your guests will be impressed and you will be focused on your presentation, instead of worrying about whether you remembered an extension cord, or if you have a spare LCD projector bulb. Also, guests taking advantage of SERESC’s videoconferencing technologies can relax, knowing that the connections will be tested in advance, and that there will be a technician nearby at all times during the actual transmission…just in case!
SERESC’s state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment is built into each of our conference rooms for seamless, highly professional presentations. When you arrive for your event, the projectors will already be warming up and the multiple ceiling-mounted screens will be in place. Also, if you choose to mail or email your presentations to us in advance, our technicians will have them projecting on the screens when you arrive and ready to “drive” with SERESC’s hand-held remote controls.
