Emotional and behavioral disorders are some of the most common impairments impacting school-age youth. As many as 1in 5 students struggle with symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, and other concerns. Additionally, many students with autism, ADHD, and other disabilities have emotional and behavioral disorders.
SERESC offers strategies and programming for students with challenging behaviors. Our behavioral specialists can help facilitate individualized student services as well as provide training to educator and parents. Let our consultants help you create a blueprint for ensuring the success of even the most challenging student.
SERESC's Behavioral Consulting Team supports students with a wide range of behavioral struggles through assessment, consultation, and treatment.
The School-Based Psychology team works with students with both emotional and behavioral conditions and provides evaluation and consultation services.
Additionally, the Medical-Educational Therapeutic Evaluation (METE) team provides evaluation and consultation for students with complex educational needs, including emotional and behavioral concerns.
Consultants from several other SERESC consulting groups offer services for students with emotional and behavioral conditions as well, including the speech and language consultants and special education consultants.
