SERESC administrative leadership has deep and diverse expertise.

Paul Hebert

Executive Director

Paul Hebert has served as SERESC’s Executive Director since 2017. He leads the Executive Management team and serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors. He also serves as Managing Director of SquareTail CFO, LLC. Paul is an experienced CEO and CFO, having worked with dozens of small businesses and non-profits over the past 30 years. He serves as the Incoming Chairman of the Board for the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce and the Vice Chair of the Nashua Community College Advisory Board. He is Past Chairman of the Board of the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce, Past-President of the Rotary Club of Nashua, a multiple Paul Harris fellow of Rotary International, and an alumnus of Leadership New Hampshire. Paul was recognized for his leadership and innovation in the business community by Enterprise Bank in its 2018 Celebration of Excellence, by the Nashua Telegraph in its 20/20 leadership publication; and as the 2014 Business Leader of the Year by the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce. 

Liz Keliher

Director of Professional Services

Liz Keliher, Director of Professional Services, works closely with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, and the management team to expand the scope of services that SERESC offers and to enhance its internal quality assurance and client satisfaction processes. Liz is an experienced education program manager, policy maker and lawyer. In all her roles, Liz has worked directly with school district personnel providing technical assistance and guidance on federal and state education laws, policies and practices. Liz is a mission-driven leader who champions educational equity.

Linda LaFleur

Business Manager

Linda LaFleur is a member of the SquareTail team. As SERESC’s Business Manager, Linda oversees all day-to-day operations and she analyzes, develops, and implements procedures to improve business functions. Linda coordinates with SERESC’s Team Leaders to facilitate effective communication and to ensure a high standard of customer service. Linda is committed to serving the Southern New Hampshire community through her involvement with the Front Door Agency and the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce.

Danielle Paul


Danielle Paul is a member of the SquareTail team and serves as the Controller for SERESC. Over her career, Danielle has held several different roles in accounting and finance and has served as a trusted advisor to business executives in a variety of industries. Her focus at SERESC is grants management, data analysis and other financial and accounting functions. Danielle is a critical thinker who provides solutions and process management to achieve streamlined business practices.

Laura Freeman

Program Coordinator

Laura Freeman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire, and over 20 years of experience in office administration and project management with roles in marketing, customer service, and human resources. Laura’s previous roles at SERESC include supporting the Nutrition, Feeding and Swallowing Program and the NH Afterschool Network (NHAN).
